Tony Antonious: Managing Director

Managing Director and Owner, Mr. Antonious has over 30 years experience in the cleaning industry. Taking over in 1990, Mr Antonious has lead Polivac to new heights by expanding the product range and the Company’s operations to become Australia’s premier manufacturer of commercial cleaning equipment and a worldwide exporter. Tony also leads the Company’s Research and Development Programme.

Walter Buratto: Internal Sales Manager

Backed by 12 years experience in front line and managerial retail positions, with time also spent on cruise ships running retail operations, Walter is responsible for all direct Distributor contact and handling general technical enquires. Very much a "can do" person, Walter knows, understands and diligently applies the principles of "Customer Service and Support".

Ray Butterfield: Operations Manager

Over 11 years at Polivac, Ray is at the centre of the Company’s day-to-day operations, responsible for coordinating ‘supply’ with ‘production to ensure on-call inventories are maintained; production is scheduled to meet demand and, in exceptional circumstances ensuring a rapid response to ‘special orders’.

Megan Christakakis: Receptionist

Polivac’s frontline contact person, Megan channels and directs all enquiries to relevant Management and Staff to ensure the Company’s policy of ‘in-depth and efficient response to every individual enquiry’ is maintained at all times.

Peter Fox: Field Sales Manager

Responsible for both Distributor Development and Major Client contact for technical support and demonstrations, Peter’s 32 years experience in the industry adds significant depth to the Company’s operations.

Robert McInnes: Financial Controller

Robert manages the Company’s overall accounting operations, cashflow and compliance requirements as well as working with Senior Managers on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are strictly controlled.

Andy Vo: Technical and Production Manager

Andy leads our Technical and Production Team with over 20 years experience to ensure every machine manufactured by Polivac complies with our Quality Assurance standards – a key factor in Polivac’s reputation for ‘legendary long life and reliability’ Andy is one of our longest servicing employees with over 10 years experience.
